Renovation of rechargeable batteries

Rechargeable battery renovations or repairs (NiCd, NiMH and Li-ion) can be performed on almost all battery assemblies in closed plastic or metal packs. The actual renovation involves replacing old cells with new ones while maintaining the original pack.. We use mostly high quality articles from the world's leading manufacturers, such as Panasonic, Sanyo, Saft, and the same technology that is used in the production of original batteries. We connect individual articles with a nickel tape using dedicated point-soldering equipment. Such connections are very strong and have minimal contact resistance. Thanks to continuous progress in battery production, most battery types can have their existing capacity increased, which extends the operating time significantly.
