Product complaints

Complaints are dealt with in accordance with the general legislation, unless the guarantee has been agreed upon differently in the agreement on general conditions of supply.

Complaints regarding goods ordered through the online store are governed by complaints terms and conditions stated in the General Conditions for the online store.

In the event that our product is delivered wholly or partly inoperative and the conditions for a complaint have been met, please contact the Complaints Department about the issue.
