Development and production of battery assemblies using Li-ion technology

We are a certified manufacturer of Panasonic Industrial battery assemblies. (Special certificates for Li-Ion welding, ISO 9001, ISO 14001). We will design battery assemblies, process the necessary production documentation and manufacture according to your requirements, be it production of new assemblies according to old models, designing and manufacturing of a completely new shapes, fitting into plastic protective cases, or designing of indication circuits. We seal the battery assemblies in shrink-wraps, or (by prior arrangement) in solid plastic packs. We can produce the packs including molds for injection molding. You can choose the pack material from a wide range of plastics, including non-flammable. The packs can be equipped with a display or with LEDs indicating the current status of the battery. We point-solder simple assemblies as well as tapes and pins on individual batteries. We use professional technologies. Owing to many years of experience and professional equipment, we can produce any type of assembly. Our production is insured to 100 million CZK, with a global coverage.
